Hello, I’m using Pinnacle Studios 12 on a Lenovo ThinkPad. Outdated equipment I know but I need this computer for the FireWire option. Anyways I’m messaging cause I’m recording some videos with Pinnacle Studios 12 and while the software says the clips are saved to my computer they are not or at least they are hidden somehow. When I open my video folder through the software itself the videos are listed but when I go to the folder through my computer system they are not listed there. I even selected to have hidden items shown. Still nothing. Anyone know what’s going on here?? I’ve attached two images to hopefully explain the problem as best I could. The first shows the folder open within the program and as you can see two video files are listed. Second is the same folder again opened outside of the program and they are not listed. I’ve tried copying and pasting the files out of the folder but I get an error saying they are no longer located there. Any help is appreciated.
