Completely noob here.

I am using yt-dlp-gui because it seems easier than the console commands... but I can work with the console also.

I am trying to download this video: https://play.cine.ar/INCAA/produccion/4657/reproducir

It is not region-locked once a free registration has been completed.

I have looked in the forum and found several examples of 'hidden' m3u8 files ... but to be honest I did not understand where the usable link could be obtained :confused: ... any help would be greatly apreciated :-)

Since 2 years i use https://cdrm-project.com, to put in the PSSH and the widevine-adress, to get the key.

Unfortunately since days https://cdrm-project.com is down. Don�t know if they come back.

Did anyone know another site, were i can generate the key by PSSH and widevine-adress ?

Or any pc-software they can do it, which is easily to handle ? I�m not an expert in these.

Need help understanding how to better capture live streams

As opposed to VOD streams which i can capture using many different tools, live streams seem an entirely different beast. To be fair VOD streams are also for the most part each a unique case, but live streams (which i recently got more interested in) seem even more complicated in capturing. I want this thread to be general and not specific about a stream or service.
For example, one thing i noticed trying to capture a live stream with Video DownloadHelper, was that the starting time of captured stream did not match the time i pressed start. Perhaps not the best example and certainly there are tools more suited for live streams that i am unaware of?
What if there is no m3u8 or mpd to be seen on DevTools?
If some of you could provide some grounds up knowledge that would be awesome.

Somehow, I use WidevineProxy2 to get the kid and then download with N_m3u8DL-RE. But the video has no image or audio.
