My plan was to use Android Studio for this, but after installing the app, the AVD keeps crashing and rebooting automatically.

1st off... This install is being done on a clean install of windows 11 64bit on a laptop.

Following Angela's info from https://github.com/vinefeeder/TwinVine. and following it letter for letter. I have stumbled across a problem.

I am at the part where i am instructed to do the following:

- Watch the installation, a number of binary files will be downloaded and installed to C:\Tool\bin. Installation will take a while. After finishing, close PowerShell and restart your machine.

- Type PowerShell
- Type uv [return]. Expect to see a screen of help. If uv did not install from the Install-media-tools.ps1 script you will not see any response. Uv is a python package manager.

Installation went fine, It did take quite a while to download and install everything.

All I get is "Optimizing your video playback experience" and an endless loading spinner. Tried all browsers, tried solutions posted online like turning off hardware acceleration, new Private Window, nothing works. Same with a VPN, even though I know it's not a geoblock.
