There is an ongoing situation (as August 6th, if not earlier) with a certain popular YouTube four-kay downloader. At present, the four-kay download app is unable to extract video content belonging to a big-name entity connected with American sports. Each attempt to download results in the following message .......

"This video is unavailable" (displayed in red letters), then in black letters -- "This video contains content from ???, who has blocked it from display on this website or application".

1st question: Has anyone here had a similar experience within the last few days? Just reply yes or no.
2nd question: Should I wait for a possible solution of the problem by the makers of the four-kay download app, or can you perhaps recommend an alternative method?

Just for fun i chose -l 1 and it actually worked. I got an L1 Widevine file. And I even could download the movies from amzn in FHD instead of SD which was very surprising to me. I mean I couldn't Download the Movies in 4k/UHD but its still way better than 540p.


I dont really know how Widevine works but I think this should be impossible because I didn't extract the l1 key from the TEE (I Wouldn't even know how to do that).
I guess it Isn't a real L1 CDM but AMZN handles it with more privileges.

I think many scammers could abuse this to sell worthless keys for hundreds of dollars and many wouldnt even realize

Tokens expire so quickly I blurred them out.

So after a few MB's downloaded it gives 503 error first then fails to continue with Response status code does not indicate success: 403 (Forbidden). N_m3u8dl-RE recognizes this as HTTP live streaming then I tried to few arguments --live-perform-as-vod, --thread-count, limit the speed etc but can't succeed. However, when I download m3u8 file and see all .ts URLs I supply them to downthemall with incerasing URL rule and it works. But here's a downside the real FPS can't be created by this method. I muxed all .ts chunks to .mkv it produces asomething like 23.827 FPS always but the real FPS is 24. I can see it from cat-catch, subtitles contain FPS value.
