Is there really anything to be gained with +R, or not, at this point every little advantage seems like a GOOD thing. Is there a particular brand of +R you feel is superior to my choice ? Thanks !

"It appears that you are opening the disc processed by DvdFab/MacTheRipper which is known to produce damaged VOB files. Errors may follow - please use original disc instead.

Calculated BUP offset for VTS #3 does not match one in IFO header."

Then i tried using FixVTS and VobBlanker to fix it but did not work out, although they processed it. I would use Avidemux, but it doesn't handle DVDs with seamless branching (multiple titles/angles of the same movie) unlike Movavi Video Suite 17. I then used VirtualDub2 to IVTC it, using settings given by someone in another thread of mine. I had this issue where there would be interlacing artifacts present after the proper frame rate change, but I had changed the Decode Format to "fix" that. I have used the same settings and it seemed to work when I did it for "Cars", but in this shot, there is an interlacing artifact that SHOULD NOT be present:
