I am very impressed by the clean and user-friendly GUI of "Clever FFmpeg GUI v3.5.7"
I am a newbee on video editing but I understand most of it without reading a manual.

1) If the ffmpeg executeables are any where inside base map of this program, don't aks for the path.

You can clearly hear it slowing down as I eject the tape.
Just a year ago, it only made this noise occasionally after 10-20 minutes of play time, but still rarely.
Handturning the drum feels smooth and makes no unusual sounds, so I'm pretty sure it's the bearing.
