I came to the conclusion that the videos that present this error during playback, are high fps videos (over 30).
When I play them with VLC, all's well. But I am used to MPC and madVR, which plays perfectly all other videos, Blu-rays, UHDs.

So, does anyone know what settings I must change in madVR so that I have a smooth playback even with high fps videos?

I didn't change any settings. I have tried using my .reg backup file to restore the old PotPlayer settings back to when everything was normal, but the problem remains. Hi, just installed Potplayer to play music as slow as possible. It's working very well: VLC 0.25; Potplayer even 0.20.

I wonder how to hide the moving title and the counter while playing music file format .mp4. This distraction is very annoying in my view.
My workaround is hiding the tool behind another window and 10% opacity main window.

Update 1: Just found the 'Skin Lite Version' from lez.duit. Thank you so much! This skin already helps a lot. Toolbars appear only on mouse-hover. Great.

Skins: Default skin
Skins -> Skin settings -> Autohide main window ...
Toolbars now hiding playing .mp4.
