Hi, I’m the developer of `wooingbee inkoder`.

I’ve seen many posts about converting MP4 videos to GIFs, especially the difficulty of keeping the resulting files small. I thought the tool I’m building might be useful here.

Hi, I’m the developer of `wooingbee inkoder`.

I’ve seen many posts about converting MP4 videos to GIFs, especially the difficulty of keeping the resulting files small. I thought the tool I’m building might be useful here.

`wooingbee inkoder` converts videos into GIFs or animated WebP files. You can choose a 5, 10, or 20 MB target, and it automatically adjusts the output settings to fit within that size.

It also supports:
- Batch conversion
- Selecting a time range and cropping
- Mosaic masking
- GIF and animated WebP input

Processing happens locally in your browser, so your media files aren’t uploaded to a server. It’s free and adds no watermark.

You can try it here:

https://wooingbee.ink/oder

Let me know if this helps! Thanks in advance.

Windows 64-bit, currently source-build only; requires ATEM Software Control’s SDK runtime. Developed with an ATEM Mini. This controls the switcher; your video capture connection stays separate.
I’m the author—feedback and contributions welcome!

I've been lurking here for a while and thought it was about time to share something I've built:

https://ffmpeg.download

It's a simple website where you can find the different available FFmpeg binaries for different environments and download with a click. We also store the binaries in case they get removed (the git repos constantly remove old installs) - so you can continue having acces to them.
