    Hi all.

I'm new with subtitles and i have this small problem.

I have this subtitles file which i would like to implant into my AVI file with VirtualDubMod. The thing is, that the file is with the extension of .lhn

I can only watch the subtitles with some media software such as Media Player Classic. How can i turn\convert those files into regular .srt or anyother fomiliar subs extensions?

    Thanks in advance.

dont know that one - see if subtitleworkshop opens it .. if not .. rename it to xxxx.txt or xxx.sub and see if subtitleworkshop then works

    Thanks for the fast reply.

I have tried renaming it as you have suggested and i manged to open the file but unfortunately i get gibberish. SW doesn't recognize those files.

On the other hand, i have found out that those files were saved\encoded somehow so there wont be a possibility to change them only to watch them with players, 'lhn' extension is some extension that who ever made those files chose. In addition i forgot to mention that i had to install special ver. of VOBSUB in order to watch those files.

I hope this extra info will help anyone here to help me.
