All,
Every VCD I have ripped thus far has been flawless, with the exception of a few seemingly random break-ups near the end of the disc.

It's always somewhere out near the 65+ minute mark, and they don't always happen at the same place or in the same way.

Is this an inherent flaw in my media (SpinX 80 min. from Office Depot) or my standalone DVD player (Panasonic RV32)?

could be both...1 way to tell is if you play your VCD on your PC...if you don't see any breakup like when you're watching it in your dvd player, it could be your dvd player not liking the brand of cd-r, or it could just be a fluke error w/ that cd-r
