I heard that there was *some* way to make vcds work on
ps2, probably by reencoding and bootcd.

however, I havent heard of anything that will boot a standard
vcd or even better svcd on the ps2.

Sorry m8 im not talking bout tha PS2 i know bout that im talking bout how to play *SVCDS* on ma SONY DVP-NS400D. HOW TO GET THE BOOT CD OR CREATE ONE.

Hi,

What I think you are trying to do is make your player play a SVCD, correct? And I'm also probably correct in thinking it doesn't support them, but it does support VCD? Well I have a Sony DAV-S800 and I managed to get it to play a SVCD by going to

http://www.geocities.com/newestmoviesencode/dvdvcd

and doing what it says smile.gif
