i tried using the instructions on vcdhelp and they did'nt seem to work so i went directly to the frameserver's website and found these

they work great. i know i'm not the only one to have the prob, cause i've answered an other user with the same.

i maybe could add a link to that one too...but the avisynth works for me...or worked...havent tested the latest one.

removed my old guide...seemed to be a bit outdated and the avisynth beta plugin I used is also a bit old.
