Now, we all know that the best MPEG-1 encoder for XVCDs of any sort is probably TMPGEnc.

However, things are not quite as clear when it comes to standards compliant VCDs (i.e., 1150 kbit/s CBR MPEG-1) especially when it comes to TMPGEnc and Panasonic...

Wow, can't believe that somebody actually voted for CCE...

Note: this is for standard VCD compliant MPEG-1.

That is, it is NOT MPEG-2 and NOT XVCD.

Does anyone use a version of LSX for compliant VCDs?
