I was wondering what is this best way I can get a home movie lasting 60 min onto a CD without sacrificing much of the original quality.
I have made sample videos with 768kbps, 384, and less, and have compared them to the original family tape, and I seemed to notice alot of blur when watching it on CPU, the 768 is ok quality but not nearly close to the original.
My question is, will it look better if I watch it on TV, is it only blurry cause its on the cpu or its not an mpeg file or avi...(NOTE::the bit rates i am refering to are made by WINDOWS MOVIE MAKER and have the extensions WMV not mpeg or avi)
Basically my question is how can i put a 60min movie or even a 30 min movie on a CD without sarficing much if not ANY quality....cause it seems that if its not dv or perfect avi the quality is drastically lost, and the picture is very blurred...
can someone shed some light into this subject,.....thanks
