How does one go about removing intials form a movie, if someone has tagged it?!

I just started fooling around with Virtual Dub, and know how to add a logo, but not sure how to get rid of one.

Thanks for any help.

PS Would the same method work for removing Japanese subtiles for a downloaded flic? Or is that a whole other can of worms?

Use the logo away filter in Virtual Dub to do this. The same can be used with subtitles. Do a forum search for a place to download this filter.

What version of Virtua Dub do you use and where is this "logo away filter"
and one more how do you add a logo ?? using Virtua Dub ??

I use VirtualDub 1.4d

Do a search for adding logo or logoaway (to remove) on this forum.

I just faded out my first set of Japanese subtiles and added a cool Divx logo.

Cool program and easy

Since I'm new to this video editing stuff, I don't know how to replace a TV logo in a cartoon series that I bought. I don't ask for a logo away on this, I can replace the TV logo with the cartoon main logo, but how to achieve this. I have the cartoon in VCD and I can encode to MPEG, from there, I'll need to replace the logo and delete some scenes. Could someone please help me out???
