Unfortunetly there is a bug in cutting and merging the MPEG2 files in TMPG Enc or I'm doing something wrong. After cutting or joining files the sound in the output is disrupted at the end of every cutted or merged source file. Am I doing something wrong?

Maybe there is another good program (freeware or not)which is able to cut & join MPEG2 files and keep them 100% compliant with SVCD starndard?

I'll be greatfull for any help.
Best regards
Patryk.

I find if you use the cut/merge facility in TMPGEnc you should not use the " I<< " and " >>I " to move you mpeg frame by frame, but use the play button and where you want to cut it (you have to be fast!!) place your marker. Secondly hitting the "correct" button after placing your markers helps as well. Maybe the version I'm using (Version 12 Beta) has something to do with it also, I don't know - but these days my cuts are 100%.
