bbMpeg multiplex problems

After I converted a movie and started to multiplex it with bbMpeg, It said it was an illegal video stream. I tried playing the file with Windows Media Player, and didn't work. Then i tried to multiplex with TMPGEnc, and currently is working. Is this going to work or is my program file basically screwed? I want to play it back with the Creative PC_DVD Encore program for my DXR3 card. Also, my system quite frequently freezes while multiplexing, and is becoming quite a problem because i just spent 3 days exporting a movie from Premiere. Any help there would be nice too:wink:.
