Missing final 10-15 minutes of DVD from rip

I am missing the final 10-15 minutes of my ripped DVD using SmartRipper. Is this a copy protection of some sort? Has anyone heard of having to rip multiple IFOs to rip the entire movie?

Never mind...the problem was not with the rip. TMPEGENC didn't default to the end of the final VOB so my MPEG-1 file ended short. The VOBs were complete. Problem solved.
