DVC II and capturing TV signal ?

I woould like to know if this card is capable od capturing TV signal and how do you connect TV antenna to this card ?

The card itself does not have a tuner, therefore connecting the antenna would have no effect. You can connect via your satellite reciever or your VCR using either the S-Video or composite connection. Some TV's in the US have video out connections. If your TV has such a connection you could also use this.
