Quick question. I am trying to burn a vcd with ez cd creator 5, when i go to add it, it comes up with an error saying that the system clock reference is not acceptable, i have tried to burn with all other programs and have had no luck. If someone could help i would appreciate it, thanks in advance

demux in TMPGenc and then remux with mpeg1 vcd set to output. Try it in Ez cd creator again and it should work.
