Once again.
Changing the Region Code does not guarantee you will be able to watch "European" DVDs because European DVDs are PAL Format. America is NTSC format. Video Format and Region Codes have nothing to do with each other.

It will play..Before, I have Philips Dvd player and after I change the region all " european" DVD`s have played , so if I find the way to change the region on this one they will also play...

The fact that "it worked in the past on model X" does NOT mean "it will work today on model Y". If you can find a hack for your player AND your player is able to convert PAL video to NTSC output, then yes, you can watch those movies. However, you should be aware that the vast majority of Samsung DVD players today are region locked and cannot be made region free. If you aren't able to find a hack for your player it's because one does not exist.
