That creativecow link is about logos and watermarks. Is that what you're talking about? Region matters are something completely different, having to do with DVD mastering. Your question makes about as much sense as asking for a new transmission for your sofa.

I need a filter to the program premiere to delete the logos

You can't magically delete logos.
