I have some vobs here, but they have some seconds of "black frames", basically of nothing. I wanted to know if there was a program that could cut them out automatically instead of me editing it all out as that would be a lot of work, trust me. Thanks in advance.

Womble has a feature called 'blank fades' that will go through a file and cut it up into clips based on the parameters you can set - mainly used for finding commercials in off air recordings. http://www.womble.com/
