Why Does this software not allow to demux or mux from Quicktime on Macs or am I doing something wrong?
PLEASE HELP

In QuickTime Pro correct?

Here is the link to the Quickime Reference from apple. It makes no reference to the terms mux, demux, multiplex or demultiplex. But on page 32 in the QT Pro section it covers working with the individual tracks in the video by turning them on and off, saving and reloading individual tracks etc. It looks like you could psuedo mux or demux a clip with a multi step process (save the video part then go back in and save the audio etc., reload what ever parts you need and make your video).
I don't have QT Pro so I can't verify this, but give it a try it might work.
