Well we meet again...this time I have a real dome scratcher...I just finished editing a long form video in Final Cut Pro, and wanted to export it to Compressor, and when I do that, it just sits...for about 2 minutes and then crashes. (I am using Final Cut Studio 2, the newest one). I just used the program 2 weeks ago, not sure what happened.
The fly in the ointment here is I have been having problems with Permissions on my Mac, I ran Disk Utility and it fixed a bunch of them, but told me I still have 1 volume that needs to be fixed...any ideas what I should use for that...and is that why this program will not launch?

THe Program may be crashing if either the media it has to
transcode is on the problem volume, or if Compressor itself
resides on the problem volume, or if Compressor has to
target it's output to the problem volume.
What specifically is on the Target volume?
Is the problem volume mounted internally or
externally, such as a FW or USB2 drive?
