My aunt has a Philips DVDR3575H that she's had for about 18months. It works great with one exception. Occaisionally the time will jump ahead 3.5hrs. We've tried auto time, manual, turned off Daylight savings. It's currently set for manual with daylight savings off.
It will work fine for a few days then it will reset itself at midnight and jump the time ahead 3hrs.
Philips tech support said to set if for manual and turn off Daylight savings and to unplug it for 2mins and replug back in. Neither has helped.
Anyone have this problem or any suggestions?
Thanks,
MC

That "Manual" option is for manually setting the channel that the 3575 will get its time signal from. They should have worded it better. You'd probably want to set it to "Off": General Settings -> Clock -> Auto Clock Setting -> Off, click OK. Come back and make sure the check mark is in the "Off" box.
Other than that, I don't know. I've got a 3576 and haven't seen the problem; my Auto Clock is "Off".
If you haven't already found it, a very good resource for questions on these units is wajo's posts over at avsforum:

Never had that problem here, either.
