Hi
What do I have to do to create a streaming film that I can use on my Flash player with Vegas??
I have problem to create a movie that have a good quality as possible but not have so big file.

Render using Mainconcept h.264/aac. Change the render setting quality to best, use 2pass mode, increase the reference frames to 3 or 4, and increase the bitrate higher if it's still not good enough for you. You will need higher bitrate for larger dimension videos
The encoder that comes with vegas is limited (few encoding options, limited to AVC Main), if you want slightly better results, many people choose to use a lossless export (e.g. lagarith, huffyuv) or debugmode frameserver, so they can use a better encoder.

ohh ok, but is that any good encoder, I have try some but other they is not so good or they give me so much information I get headache

There is only 1 free h.264 encoder = x264, but many front-end GUIs that use x264. Some are easier to use than others, eg. ripbot264, handbrake , or xvid4psp, would probably be the easier ones to use. MeGUI is the most comprehensive, but probably the most difficult to use. There are a lot of options and settings, but most have generic presets that you can use.

well I did try Handbrake and It work nice to create a MP4 but how does I make it so I can stream it??
I did try to create a new MP4 in handbrake and add "Web optimized" but it dont show anything, I just did hear the sound of the file.

What do you mean by "streaming"? rtsp streaming? psudeostreaming? or http progressive download?
When you hear only sound, how are you watching it?
By "streaming" most people refer to web streaming, and you upload it to your server. If you need a free flash front end, you can use jw media player

yes I have create my own Flash player (work as a programmer)
I mean progressive download, and I watch it on my local webserver through my flashplayer.
But I have found some information how to create a good MP4 file for streaming, going to try it first and see if it works.

I most do something very very wrong here.
I have create a movie (slideshow) with sound in vegas.
I create a HD movie (m2t) and I open Xvid4PSP and you the guide.
I like to have big movie and good quality so I have a bitrate of 1500 so my movie that is 1280x592 is a little over 50 mb in mp4.
I can play it local and it show very very nice.
I upload it with the flash but nothing happend, the flash just loading and loading.
I have try with mp4box, and I have try with Yamb (with mp4box) and I have try with MP4 faststart and nothing change.
I did try to upload the movie that have been create in this guide and it start play instant so my webserver can stream a mp4 file.
I have search everywhere but never find any idea that work.
I have no idea what more I can do?
