no one claimed it had a p.s.? and you forgot to complain it doesn't come with ram or a hard drive either. ??? it was just a bargain to pass on.... any one of the items by itself could cost you the asking price.

no, i didn't need any inexpensive workstations at this time. i've been using intel q6600's for new builds lately. they overclock nicely to 3-3.2ghz without any special cooling or voltage increase needed.
