I have 997 videos more on YTB and this never happend to me, the problem is that Youtube ADD's 3 or 4 minutes more to the videos and of course it exced to the 10:58 limit

I am not be able to do nothing but upload 5 minutes video and this is totally ridiculous

Any ideas? Bitrate is not the problem, the video have around 1200 kbs and i've uploaded videos that are shown with 5000 kbs

Thanks!

the settings pretty much look ok. the 2 things i'd try are to encode to 320x240 as that is what it will end up at anyway or 640x480 mp4 with mp3 audio which is what ytb is now recommending. and go with 25fps, maybe they are stretching the timecode by re-encoding to 25fps at youtube.

Go use vimeo or dailymotion instead. They are MUCH better.

I also had this problem where a 23.9 FPS video i uploaded was out of synch...... By like a minute! I checked the cache and it became a 17 FPS video, it would play the audio just fine but the video was in super slow motion.
