When I had XP, Windows Movie Maker (a very light program) would let me use my Dazzle cable. I now have Vista and Windows Movie Maker now only lets me capture directly from the camera using a DV cable.
So for me to capture VHS footage I'm forced to use the HEAVY software that comes with my Dazzle cable, "Pinnacle Studio 10". I only have 1 GB of RAM which makes this Pinnacle software very heavy, resulting in very weird capturing. Slow motion, out of sinc audio, skipping frames, etc.
Every single video capture freeware I've found online lets me capture video with Dazzle but it only detects the Video, not the Audio.
So, my question is, does anybody know of a LIGHT software, like Movie Maker, that will let me use the Dazzle cable for both Video and Audio.
Thanks.

I tried it but it doesn't get anything from my Dazzle capturing device, only from my camera (with a Firewire cable).
