I need to capture two DV camera feeds into my computer and be able to switch between the two to send to the server for live video streaming. I see that WME can take two feeds, but looks like you need two capture cards.
However, can I use 1 capture card with 2 inputs? Will I be able to choose which feed I want to stream in Windows Media encoder? One camera will be close to 80 feet away. From what I understand, the best results will come from using component video cable. I have firewire on the 1 camera I've been using. Now I want to add the 2nd camera. Any thoughts on the best way to pull this off? THANKS!
