Hi!

I've been working on my media center box, and I've got 2 PVR-150 mce edition cards plugged in. One card works just well enough to watch while the other card doesn't work so well. The lower channels are OK, but when I get higher up they start to become fuzzy (http://img378.imageshack.us/img378/8073/fuzzyms9.gif) I know it's not the cables because I have plugged them both into my TV and the quality was great. What could be causing this problem?

Another thing to note is that, depending on what drivers I use, the screen will either look fuzzy (like above) or it will appear stretched and pulled down.

Could this be a driver issue?

My setup looks like this:
2 PVR-150s
1 Geforce FX5500
512mb ram

There's a splitter device attatched to the main cable, then the two ends from the splitter go to the PVR-150s

You can't just split cable coax indefinitely. Each device you add reduces the signal strength to all devices. The PVR-150 requires a fairly high signal strength to tune analog channels properly. After all the splits the signal may just be too weak for the PVR-150. Try removing the splitter and running the main cable directly to the PVR-150. If that works then you should look into a amp. If that doesn't work the PVR-150 is bad.

It's a bad PVR-150 noexpression.gif. I sort of expected that's what the problem would be.

Thanks for the help!

If you have the Two running at the same time, there is a good chance one is using the Overlay while the other a less good filter like vm7 or vm9.

good luck
