create/add subtitle

Hello Guyes,
I've a queris about create or add subtitles. There are some software to add subtitles. But what about this:
If I've a dvd movie which has no subtitles, then how it's possible to create & add subtitle (english)?

You must not be searching very hard. Creating them and adding them to a DVD are 2 different operations. For creating them use Aegisub, SubtitleCreator, Subtitle Workshop, SubStation Alpha, or perhaps others on this list:
