I have a Mini DVD created with Samsung DVD Camera Recorder Model SC-DC173 U. The disc is not finalized and now nothing will run the DVD. The files are on there and accessable. Is there a way to salvage these files

The best solution is to use the original camera, or another of the same model, and finalise it.

Otherwise you might try ISOBuster
