Hi!
I hope its the right place to post this,
i couldnt find more suitable place then here...

anyway,
I'm trying to use WinAvi's resize filter but i guess i'm doing something wrong and i need your help...

I have a 640*256 Avi file and i want to resize it to full screen,
but whenever i change the Picture Size box to 640*480 in the Advanced Options window:

instead of stretching the frame to 640*480 - WinAvi padding the frame with black borders in top and bottom of it.

I dont mind ruining the aspect ratio of the frame - i just want FS video...

did i miss something?
how can i stretch the frame to FS with WinAvi?

any help very much appreciated!
thanks in advanced!

I don't think you are doing anything wrong - you're just trying to do something with a tool that doesn't support what you're trying to do.
What you're trying to accomplish can easily be done with VirtualDub tho.
