I have a 1080P .WMV File with 5.1 audio and i want to get it into a .AVI file so i can watch it with my PS3 but whenever i try to convert it it comes up with and error

Seems that stream 1 comes from film source: 1000.00 (1000/1) -> 23.98 (24000/1001)
