Hi All -
I'm trying to convert an H.264 encoded MOV file to an FLV file. All appears to be going fine, I get no errors on the encode, but when I play the FLV file back it is INCREDIBLY choppy (even though it reports it is playing at 30fps) and the audio and video are very, very out of sync.
