Has anyone used GameEx? Its a console emulator frontend. I've been fiddling with it a bit and it seems like quite an awesome app for an HTPC. I am probably going to run this & GBPVR for the ultimate Video-Recording-Retro-Game-Playing-***kicking-bubblegum-chewing-box-o-goodness. GameEx is freeware, but it has a LOOONG nag screen when you start it up. However if you "donate" to the project they will remove it and unlock some extra features. Basically the concept is you can set it up to use just about any console emulator with a slick 10-foot interface, and as you scroll down the list of games for a given console it will give a description of each game along with screenshots and even gameplay video clips. I beleive you have to find your own screens/clips for the app, but I've seen torrents of screenshot/clip collections for games so you dont have to make your own. I havent seen anything about it on the forum here so just throwin it out there FYI. Does anyone know of a better frontend type app for emulators?
