Hello ! i am new to this forum, my question is that when i capture my DV videos through firewire in adobe premiere,or pinnacle even in vegas, the play back result in my monitor and lcd is not ok, while output on TV or again in tape is Full Quality, on the other side when i capture in Mjpeg codec through composite in pinnacle its playbacks in high quality in computer, now my question is that ,Is there any decorder or codec or something that give 100 result in my LCD while playing DV files in media players...

What exactly is the problem ? Not 100% doesn't tell us in what way ?
The usually issue with playback on PC monitors is interlacing. DV is an interlaced format, but players like Window Media Player handle it very badly, and the results can shock people who are not used to it. The same happens with editors like Premiere and Vegas, which show interlaced previews without any filtering (as they should).
VLC is a player that does have deinterlacing filters for playback turned on by default, so you might want to give it a try.
