MeGui Encode - x264 / AC3 / MKV - No subtitles in MPC

Hi,

I've just run through an encode using MeGui.

For video I used x264 HQ Slower in MKV container, set up for a 2CD encode

For audio I used the AC3 ripped from the VOB

I used MeGui VobSubber to get the idx/sub

I used MeGui MKV Muxer to mux .mkv, .ac3, .idx and .txt chapters and split @ 1CD

Now when I play in MPC I get no subtitles - the MPC navigation menu shows them as on, as does the Haali system tray icon.

I've switched on AutoLoad VSFilter in Haali options, MPC is set in ** modes for output

Any ideas...?

Also, If I load the encoded .mkv (i.e. un-muxed) file with the .ac3 and .idx/.sub files in the same directory MPC displays the subs fine
