You have to use Vobblanker or DVDremaker Both can do this job

Welcome to the forum abdulla123
Who ever suggested adobe premiere just was not being realistic.
If you have the vob, including the original bup and ifo, you could get around this by using dvdshrink in re-authoring mode.
Now if your going to be adding content which replaces parts in the original vob, they need to have the same internal characteristics, which mediainfo or gspot can help to determine.
If they match, then there's no problem.
If they don't, then the simplest and quickest method might be to use avidemux, it really is not hard to understand, and costs nothing.
If you need a push in the right direction, just pm me

Vobblanker and dvdremake are not the tools for this task.

I don't use DVDRemake, but I know VobBlanker can be used for the job.
You weren't wrong, SUPERIOR. Bjs is wrong about what can and cannot be used. Personally, I might use VobBlanker myself. However, I'm not sure it's anything abdulla123 can figure out for himself. If he wants to replace a complete cell (chapter), it's easy. Just go to the cells screen of the movie and hit the "Replace" button. If the scene he wants to replace isn't a complete chapter, he first has to split that chapter and create a new one with just that scene before then doing the replace. Here's a guide to splitting cells:
http://jsoto.posunplugged.com/guides/VobBlanker/splitting_cells/index.htm
Another way is to demux both the original movie, split it where he needs to insert the new scene, demux the new scene, and join the three new videos (old part one, new scene, old part 2) and the 3 audios when authoring in Muxman before then replacing the whole movie in VobBlanker. I did just that yesterday with a movie where I wanted to replace a black and white scene with one in color from a different DVD. This is a pretty difficult project, though, for someone that hasn't done this kind of thing before.
Is using DVD Shrink in Reauthor Mode a better choice? Not if you want to keep the menus and anything else in the DVD, it's not.
