Help in created a pesdo codac in wmv and others

have gotten my hands on source code derived from NASA’s Jupiter Project. This code is derived from NASA research in super resolution technology for application to deepspace imagery. From this foundational research, they developed a powerful new HDM video technology that is designed for streaming compression. talkeing a 168 meg file down to 17megs wmv file without any visable loose in quality. The sample code I have is locked in 320x240 resalution. I am intersted in trying and take this and utilize it better. Could somone who has some experence tweeking and modifying codacs contact me. I would like to get a better understanding how I can add better fuctionality to the codac.
