WINTV ISSUES for pvr15 mce

This issue is probaly not new but I can't find the answers. So any help would greatly be appreciated.
I have a DELL Dimension 9100 with 4gig memory, 144gig drive and 1 40gig drive, and a ATI RADEON X600 256MB video card, running Windows XP MCE. The problem I am having is with my Hauppauge PVR 150 MCE WINTV 2000 software. The problem is that I set the recording time and logoff user and when I log back on after the time the recording was to start it begins recording and the video in not in the GUI is is floating out side the GUI. I also need help in having the PVR 150 work with Windows XP MCE. I keep getting themessage tuner not found.
