Hi
I am trying to get going with the latest version under vista x64
I have os far tried installing in another directory other than the program files, and have tried also running as admin only.
What I have notice is that SVC2DVD seems to run somewhat sluggishly, like when I resize the window I can see the redrawing, as windows repaints the screen.
After adding a mpg file that is already complient taken from a TS SD file DVB-T and edited in Videoredo then output as a mpg with nav packes, (VOB) like, I click on the author with menu auto option and then it crashes with
%APPNAME%.EXE has stopped working
CLOSE program
I have just taken advantage of the £1 register since the price is great for what seems to a good lookin piece of software just need some help to get it running ok

That is strange. %APPNAME%.EXE should not be in the registered version (only demo)... Are there any logs produced? See Help->Logs for the log files.

Ok, After all this time, leaving it as it was, not working, I have decided to have another go witht it
as I have some MKV Files I need to make a DVD with, so having already registered it I thought I would try an get it working, incidently I registered ages ago when the offer was on last year thurs 18th Oct 2007.
So after having the same problem as originally described I have now went thru the process of registering the SVCD and tried again, the problem,
[Window Title]
Microsoft Windows
[Main Instruction]
%APPNAME%.EXE has stopped working
[Content]
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.
[Close program]
so now I have just attempted to uninstall both entries in the windows programs add remove, SVCD and SVCD Demo, now I having done that I have reinstalled to C:\SVCD instead of Program Files and when I go through the process of re reging it says cant register conact the boss so here I am pleae advise
I would like to use this program if poss as it seems like a nice app

Hi yes thanks for repling i have tried admin and the problem i have now is i need a new code from the boss chrissy boy for this to work as when i try to register it says there is a probelm contact the boss please.

Hi,
When you get the:
"Internal error.
there is an error registering the program.
Please inform the author."
error, it is because the SVCD2DVD.exe file is in use. If you do a quick reboot and try again you should be ok.
