MKV2TS glitch...PLEAs HELP!!!

Hi, when i convert a matroska file using MKV2TS, it only processes the video, but not the audio.

this is how i created the MKV i am trying to convert

MKV>>>>Mkvextract>audio and video>>>h164info>video change to level 4.1>>>>ac3>re-encoded from 640KBPS to 320kbps(reduce file size)>>>>mkvmerge>merged both files>>>>MKV>>>>MKV2TS>>>>only processes the video, but not the audio,

I am trying to back up the x264 movies so i can record them on to a AVCHD Disc, playable in the PlayStation 3/Blu-Ray player.

I could just take the oryginal MKV and do MKV2TS, but at the end, the final file size is bigger than the oryginal, and WILL NOT FIT on to a DVD-5....
