hi all,

hoping someone on here can help me. i have a panasonic NV GS15 that i have had a couple of years now and it has served me well.

however my tape drawer has just jammed open on me ( no tape in ). on attempting to put a tape in the tape will only go half way down. i have switched on and off from battery attached and mains source but none of the automated mechanism has engaged.

desperate for some sort of solution as i go away to a soul weekend tomorrow. this weekend only happens twice a year and i alway take my video camera usually.

i guess i am hoping someone else has experienced this and knows how to fix.
