Ok, I have verizon FiOS TV service. Is it possible to find a tuner/capture card that exists that will act as one of their starndard digital converter boxes, to allow me to recieve digital channels as well as analog?

If this is not possible, can anyone recommend a good but inexpensive device for communicating with a DCT via IR from my pc?
