hello all!

im new here, so plase let me have a good start.

i just bought a new rockchip 2" inch player.
i try to convert any video with the specific avconverter tool which i got in the mini cd(it's version is 1.0).

when i try to convert some video on it, it still stock at 0%. it is in chaines either, so its' isn't easy for me.
