You can cut AC3 with Delaycut.

BeSplit can join.

To "edit" in a more complex way, best to convert to wave and use an editor like Audacity.

Try VirtualDub> Audio> Full Processing Mode> Save as wave

I believe there is a plugin available for virtualdub, if you find that it can not recognize your AC3 audio.

There is one dedicated for this job named: AC3tool, but I never used it, so you need to venture alone smile.gif

BeSweet and Azid also can decompress to wave.

Does Delaycut do a direct cut (as in no recompression)?
