When I convert an .AVI file to 3GP and put it on my phone,
the movie stops playing after about 25 sec.!
I've tried several options like different Video Scale Size etc.
Please help me!
( The movie plays fine on my computer btw, it's only on the phone
where it stops playing! )

does your phone have 'video ringtones' ?
well don't put your videos for viewing in the ringtone directory, put them in the same folder/directory as the camcorder files the phone makes
ringtones only play an avg of 25 seconds on almost all phones
the other possibilty is either a memory buffer problem OR play limit on the phone ( like for recorded video msgs )
best thing is to get on a cell phone forum and check with other users of your make/model phone
